One Buyer Signal
Write the buyer’s exact words or describe the behavior you observed.
RULE: Must be specific, observable, and buyer-originated. Nothing else qualifies.
Example: Low time on page
Interpretation: “We don’t have time to read long content. We skim.”

One Calibration
Make one small change based on that one buyer signal. You are testing responsiveness, not perfection.
RULES:
Keep it tiny. Keep it testable.
Only one calibration at a time
No system-wide changes
No rewrites of your entire strategy
Make the smallest adjustment that directly responds to the signal
Example: “This week, my content must improve time-on-page by xx%.”
My Calibration This Week:

One KPIs
Choose one metric that proves your calibration happened. KPIs must match the calibration.
Example KPI: Time-on-page improves.
Interpretation: This confirms the buyer skimmed successfully.
Calibration KPI:
Time-on-page: xx seconds (current)
What success looks like:
1–3 seconds time-on-page increase (minimum)
What failure looks like:
No change in dwell time or reduced dwell time
Alternate KPIs to consider:
Time-on-page
likes or comments
product page visits
scroll + bounce
saves
newsletter signups
message clarity checks
Weekly Review
Q. Did the calibration produce the expected KPI? (Yes/No)
If yes → Move to the next calibration.
If no → Adjust next week’s calibration (not the whole strategy).
That’s the 1-week loop.
